 Purpose of the processing of personal data

The purposes of the treatment of your personal data are the ones required by law, including the appropriate comunications to the competent Organs. The treatment is carried out using  telematic and automatic means as to accomplish the istitutional purposes required by the framework that norm the duties and the performance of the institutional activity of Farm Maremma including archiving purposes, historical research and statistical analysis purposes.

Treatment and conservation means

The treatment will be carried out using automatic and/or informatic and/or manual means, as regulated by art. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and by annex B of D.Lgs. 196/2003 (artt. 33-36 of the Code) in the matter of safety measures, by personnel specifically instructed and in compliance with the requirements of art. 29 GDPR 2016/ 679. We inform you that, fulfilling the lawfulness, purpose limitation and minimisation of the data principles, as expected by art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, following your free and explicit consent expressed below ths policy, your personal data will be stored for the time needed to reach the purposes for which the data have been collected and treated.

Communication and distribution

We inform that the collected data will not be spreaded and will not be subjected of communication without your explicit consent, unless the communication needed during the data treatment (ex. To public organizations, consultants or FAR Maremma ) to fulfill law obligations

Your personal data could be transferred to other Member States of the EU and to other States outside the Union,  as stabilished the EU Regulation n. 2016/679.

Special categories of data

As stabilished by the art. 26 e 27 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 and art. 9 and 10 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679, you give, by accepting this policy, to FAR Maremma data qualified as “Special categories of data”  such as racial or ethnic data, political, philosophic and religius opinins, trade union membership, as well as genetic and biometric data, needed to unequivocally identify an individual, and data related to the health, sexual life and sexual orientation of the person”. These data categories can be treated by FAR Maremma, only after  your free and explicit consent, expressed in written form through the acceptance of this policy.

Existence of an automatic decisional process, including profiling

FAR Maremma do not use any automatic decisional process, including profiling, by art. 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the EU Regulament n. 679/2016.

Rights of the interested party

As declared in the art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 and of the art. from 15 to 22 of the EU del Regulament UE n. 2016/679, in every moment, you can pursue the rights to: a) ask the validation of the existence of your personal data; b) to ask about the purpose of the treatment, personal data categories, beneficiary or the beneficiary categories to whom the personal data have been or will be comunicated and, when possible, the storage period; c) to rectify or delete your personal data; d) to limit your personal data; e) to obtain the data portability, receiving them from a treatment titular, as structured form, able to be read by common automatic  device, and to transfer them to other treatment titulars without obstacles f) To go against the treatment including the treatment finalized at direct marketing in every moment g) To go against an automatic decisional process related to the individual, including profiling; h) to ask to the treatment titular the access to personal data and to rectify or delete them or the treatment limitation concerning o the individual or to go against their treatment, including the data portability right i) to revoke the consent in every moment without affecting the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent prior withdrawal; j) to propose a compliant to a control authority.
